常见问题解答

Why can I only staple once even though the stapler is filled with staples?

You are not using original Novus stacks. The stacks from other manufacturers are incorrectly bent and therefore jam on the stacking carrier and cannot be pushed forward. Original Novus stacks are absolutely true to size and can be easily pushed...

Why does the perforator (B225, B240, B260, B425) stay down after actuation and does not release the paper?

The machine was held at an angle when punching and the lock for the rest position is engaged. To unlock, hold the perforator straight and press again. We recommend punching on the table as shown in the picture, then the perforator cannot lock.

Why do the staple ends not go far enough through the paper when stapling?

For the paper thickness, the staple is chosen too short. The following basic rule applies: 10 sheets of standard paper (80g/sqm) are approx. 1 mm thick. The paper stack height plus 3 mm gives the appropriate staple leg length.
